इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन कुलपति प्रो. सुशील कुमार तोमर के मार्गदर्शन में किया गया था। सत्र की शुरुआत पारंपरिक दीप प्रज्ज्वलन के साथ हुई। इसके बाद प्रोफेसर विक्रम सिंह ने सत्र के सम्मानित वक्ताओं का परिचय दिया तथा चर्चा के विषय एवं प्रासंगिकता पर प्रकाश डाला। चर्चा में सम्मिलित पैनलिस्टों में फूजी जेम्को प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के प्रबंध निदेशक श्री महेश सचदेवा, लोक भारती स्किलिंग सॉल्यूशंस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के निदेशक श्री अरुण भूटानी, बेल्ज इंस्ट्रूमेंट्स लिमिटेड के प्रबंध निदेशक श्री अशोक कुमार नेहरा, और बैरियो इक्विपमेंट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के प्रबंध निदेशक श्री पीयूष गोयल शामिल रहे तथा चर्चा में भविष्य के कामकाज एवं रोजगार के लिए आवश्यक कौशल पर अपना दृष्टिकोण प्रस्तुत किया।
चर्चा देश के तेजी से विकसित होती कार्य गतिशीलता, चुनौतियों और अवसरों के इर्द-गिर्द रही। पैनल ने अनुकूलनशीलता, निरंतर सीखने और लगातार बदलते रोजगार बाजार में उभरती संभावनाओं का लाभ उठाने के महत्व पर बल दिया। उन्होंने समकालीन कार्य वातावरण में बने रहने के लिए डिजिटल साक्षरता, रचनात्मक सोच, प्रभावी संचार और उद्यमशीलता कौशल जैसे आवश्यक कौशल विकसित करने के महत्व को रेखांकित किया।
ज्ञानवर्धक चर्चा के अलावा, प्रतिभागियों के लिए एक प्रश्नोत्तरी प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन भी किया गया तथा विजेताओं को सम्मानित किया गया। सत्र की अध्यक्षता एलुमनाई अफेयर प्रकोष्ठ के डीन प्रोफेसर विक्रम सिंह और छात्र कल्याण के डीन प्रो मुनीश वशिष्ठ द्वारा की गई तथा सत्र का सफल संचालन एवं समन्वयक डॉ. श्रुति शर्मा और सहायक श्री राज दीप किया गया।

Faridabad, March 21 – The Alumni Affairs Cell of J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad organized a thought-provoking Panel Discussion on the theme 'Future of Work: Adapting to Technological Advancements in Developed India'. This engaging session featured esteemed industrialists and distinguished alumni of the University who shared valuable insights into the evolving job landscape.
The program was expertly organized under the esteemed guidance of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sushil Kumar Tomar. The session commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the traditional lamp, symbolizing the pursuit of knowledge and wisdom, followed by an introductory speech by Prof. Vikram Singh, Dean, Alumni Affairs, setting the tone for an enlightening discussion. Prof. Singh's opening remarks paved the way for a stimulating dialogue on navigating India's dynamic job market amidst technological progress, globalization, and shifting economic paradigms.
The panelists, comprising Mr. Mahesh Sachdeva, Managing Director at Fuji Gemco Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Arun Bhutani, Director at Lok Bharti Skilling Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Mr. Ashok Kumar Nehra, Managing Director at Belz Instruments Ltd, and Mr. Piush Goyal, Managing Director at Barrio Equipments Pvt. Ltd, offered profound perspectives on the future of work and the essential skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving professional landscape.
