भारतीय शिक्षण मंडल हरियाणा को पत्रिका के सफल प्रकाशन के लिए शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कुलपति प्रो. सुशील कुमार तोमर ने कहा कि विकसित भारत की संकल्पना मौजूदा समय की मांग के अनुरूप है। इस संकल्पना में शिक्षा, अनुसंधान और तकनीकी उन्नति को महत्वपूर्ण स्थान दिया गया है जो हमारे युवाओं को अभिनव दृष्टिकोण एवं उनके क्षमता निर्माण में सहायक है। उन्होंने कहा कि विकसित भारत की संकल्पना को पत्रिका के माध्यम से आगे बढ़ाना एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रयास है, जिससे शिक्षकों, शोधार्थियों, विद्यार्थियों और लेखकों को इस विषय पर विचार-विमर्श करने तथा शोधपरक लेख लिखने का अवसर मिलेगा।
चंचल भारद्वाज ने बताया कि ‘स्वर्ण प्रभास’ पत्रिका का प्रकाशन भारतीय शिक्षण मंडल हरियाणा प्रांत द्वारा प्रतिवर्ष किया जाता है। इस वर्ष ‘विकसित भारत की संकल्पना’ विषय पर पत्रिका का पांचवां अंक निकाला जा रहा है। विकसित भारत की संकल्पना पर विचार मंथन को प्रोत्साहन देने के उद्देश्य आगे बढ़ते हुए भारतीय शिक्षण मंडल द्वारा हरियाणा के सभी विश्वविद्यालयों के कुलगुरु और कुलसचिवों के माध्यम से पत्रिका के नये अंक का पोस्टर लांँच किया जा रहा है।
भारतीय शिक्षण मंडल शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में राष्ट्रीय पुनरुत्थान के उद्देश्य से कार्यरत संगठन है जो भारतीय शिक्षा प्रणाली को फिर से स्थापित करने के अपने मिशन के अंतर्गत समय-समय पर शैक्षिक, बौद्धिक और प्रयोगात्मक गतिविधियों का संचालन करता है।

Vice Chancellor released the new issue of ‘Swarna Prabhas’ on the theme 'Concept of Developed India'
Faridabad, March 14 – Prof. Sushil Kumar Tomar, the Vice Chancellor of J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad, unveiled the latest edition of the annual magazine 'Swarna Prabhas,' published by the Haryana Unit of Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal (BSM). This edition of the magazine delves into the theme 'Concept of Developed India' (Viksit Bharat), offering insights into the vision for a progressive and thriving nation.
Accompanying Prof. Tomar at the unveiling were including All India Co-head (Sampark) of Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal, Ms. Chanchal Bhardwaj, Vice President Shri Ashok Nehra, Co-Head of Research Dr. Rajeev Saha, and Joint Secretary Dr. Bindu Aggarwal, adding prestige to the occasion.
Commending the Haryana Unit of Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal for the successful publication of the magazine, Vice Chancellor Prof. Sushil Kumar Tomar emphasized the timeliness and relevance of the 'Concept of Developed India.' He highlighted the critical role of education, research, and technological advancements in fostering innovation and enhancing the capabilities of the youth. Prof. Tomar expressed his belief that advancing the discourse on the concept of a developed India through this magazine would provide a platform for educators, researchers, students, and writers to engage in meaningful discussions and contribute valuable research articles.
Ms. Chanchal Bhardwaj noted that 'Swarna Prabhas' is an annual publication by the Haryana Unit of Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal, with the current fifth issue focusing on the theme 'Concept of Developed India.' By launching the poster of the new issue through Vice Chancellors and Registrars of all universities in Haryana, Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal aims to stimulate dialogue and exploration around the concept of a developed India, fostering a culture of innovation and progress in the education sector.
