उन्होंने श्री मनोहर लाल के सुसाशन के सातों सिद्धांत शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, सुरक्षा, स्वाभिमान, स्वावलंबन, सुशासन और सेवा को सात्विक बताते हुए कहा की ये सातों सिद्धांत प्रजातान्त्रिक मूल्यों के लिए अति आवश्यक हैं।
श्री जगदीप धनखड़ ने कहा कि आज प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में भारत पूरी तरह से बदल रहा है। आज के दिन उभरते हुए भारत को आप देखेंगे तो जो परिकल्पना हमारी सांस्कृतिक विरासत में है वो हमारी तरक्की में पूरी तरह झलक रही है। भारत का अमृतकाल आज गौरव काल है। यह वह कालखंड है, जिसमें भारत की ऐसी मजबूत नींव भरी जा रही है, जो यह सुनिश्चित करेगी कि 2047 का भारत, जब भारत आजादी के 100 वर्ष बना रहा होगा, विकसित भारत होगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि 10 साल से पहले देश स्कैम्स और चिंताजनक अर्थव्यवस्था के लिए खबरों में रहता था। आज हम दुनिया की पांचवी बड़ी महाशक्ति बने हैं, हमने कनाडा को पीछे छोड़ा, हमने इंग्लैंड को पीछे छोड़ा, हमने फ्रांस को पीछे छोड़ा और आने वाले 2-3 साल में भारत दुनिया की तीसरी बड़ी महाशक्ति होगा। जापान और जर्मनी भी हमसे पीछे रहेंगे।
श्री धनखड़ ने कहा कि एक ऐसा समय था कि भ्रष्टाचार के चलते मिडलमैन के बिना कोई काम सरकार में संभव ही नहीं था और आज मिडिलमैन की संस्कृति बिल्कुल गायब हो चुकी है। आज के दिन हमारे यंग माइंड्स को कितना बड़ा इकोसिस्टम मिल रहा है, इससे युवाओं मनोबल बढ़ा है और वे अपनी कामयाबी के दम पर नई ऊंचाइयों को छू रहे हैं।
उप राष्ट्रपति ने मुख्यमंत्री के मुख्य प्रधान सचिव श्री राजेश खुल्लर की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि संसद टीवी पर मोटिवेटर के रूप में उनका व्याख्यान करवाया जाएगा।

पुस्तक विमोचन समारोह में हरियाणा के राज्यपाल श्री बंडारू दत्तात्रेय ने कहा कि यह हरियाणावासियों के लिए गौरव की बात है कि हरियाणा राज्य के विगत नौ साल में हुए विकासात्मक परिवर्तन के सभी गवाह बने हैं और निरंतर हो रहे विकास के फलस्वरूप आगामी पीढ़ी सदैव हरियाणा के इन गौरवशाली पलों को याद रखेगी। राज्यपाल ने कहा कि आज हरियाणा देश के अग्रणी राज्यों में शामिल है। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार ने भरष्टाचार मुक्त शासन देते हुए पूरी पारदर्शिता के साथ हरियाणा एक-हरियाणवी एक के सिद्धांत पर आगे बढ़ते हुए समान विकास की विचारधारा से कदम बढ़ाए हैं। नित नए आयाम स्थापित करते हुए हरियाणा की पहचान अब दुनिया में कायम हो रही है। उन्होंने हरियाणा सरकार के नौ अतुलनीय वर्ष पर केंद्रीत पुस्तक को प्रदेश के ट्रेक रिकार्ड की पुस्तक बताया। राज्यपाल ने मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल की कार्यशैली की सराहना करते हुए उन्हें सच्चा व अच्छा व्यक्ति बताया और कहा कि जनसेवक के रूप में समस्त हरियाणा उनका परिवार है वे अपना दायित्व प्रभावी रूप से निभा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा प्रदेश में गत 9 वर्षों में व्यवस्था परिवर्तन के साथ किए गए विकास गाथा को दर्शाती यह पुस्तक हरियाणा का नया इतिहास बनेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह पुस्तक गांव में भी पहुंचनी चाहिए ताकि लोगो को पता लगे की राज्य सरकार उनके कल्याण के लिए निरंतर कार्य कर रही है।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार के 9 अतुलनीय वर्ष पुस्तक में राजनीतिक, शिक्षाविद, सामाजिक, प्रशासनिक व न्यायिक पदों पर आसीन व्यक्तियों के विचारों का समावेश किया गया है। देश व समाज के हित में प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा उठाए गए कदमों पर प्रबुद्धजनों ने भी इस पुस्तक में अपनी प्रतिक्रिया दी है। उन्होंने अपने 9 वर्ष के कार्यकाल का अनुभव सांझा करते हुए कहा कि इन 9 वर्षों में सरकार ने जमीनी हकीकत पर कार्य किया और जनमानस की तकलीफों को महसूस करते हुए उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान किया। सुशासन व अंत्योदय की भावना पर आगे बढ़ते हुए प्रदेशवासियों के जीवन को सुगम बनाया है। उन्होंने बताया कि तीन सी-क्राइम, करप्शन व कास्ट बेस्ड राजनीति से दूरी बनाते हुए हरियाणा एक-हरियाणवी एक की भावना को साकार किया। उन्होंने अपने दृष्टिकोण के ध्येय में सात एस का जिक्र करते हुए बताया कि शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, सुरक्षा, स्वाभिमान, स्वावलंबन, सुशासन और सेवा पर आधारित व्यवस्था को आज प्रदेश में स्थापित किया गया है। उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के साथ काम करने के अवसर से जुड़े संस्मरण भी कार्यक्रम में सांझा किए, जिस प्रकार प्रधानमंत्री नेशन फस्र्ट की भावना के साथ कार्य करते हुए उसी संस्कृति पर आगे बढ़ते हुए प्रदेश में आगे भी जनसेवा की भावना निरंतर जारी रहेगी। उन्होंने पुस्तक का विमोचन करने के लिए उप राष्ट्रपति श्री जगदीप धनखड़ का आभार भी व्यक्त किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी कहते थे कि आपको जनहित के लिए जो भी अच्छा लगता है उसको करना शुरू करो। अगर खराब होगा तो छोड़ दो, ठीक हो तो चलाए रखो, इतनी छूट मोदी जी देते थे। श्री मोदी को प्रयोगधर्मी बताते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि आज देश की दिशा को ठीक करने के लिए जितने भी सकारात्मक बदलाव या प्रयोग पिछले 9 वर्षों में उन द्वारा किये गए हैं, उन्ही की बदौलत देश विकास के पथ पर निरंतर अग्रसर हुआ है। उन्होंने कहा कि पॉलिटिकल लीडर तो अपना टारगेट बता सकता है, लेकिन उस टारगेट को सही दिशा में ले जाने सम्बन्धी कार्ययोजना को प्रशासनिक अधिकारी ही अमलीजामा पहनाते हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वे जिस विचारधारा से जुड़े रहे हैं उसमे व्यक्ति प्रधान नहीं होता बल्कि विचारधारा प्रधान होती है। इसी विचारधारा के आधार पर हम आगे बढ़ते हुए निरंतर जन सेवा में डटे हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री के मुख्य प्रधान सचिव श्री राजेश खुल्लर ने भी हरियाणा सरकार के 9 अतुलनीय वर्ष पुस्तक की विषयवस्तु व विचार को लेकर विस्तृत जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि इस पुस्तक के माध्यम सेे यह भी ज्ञात होगा कि अच्छी शासन प्रणाली से एक नए एवं जीवंत हरियाणा का उदय हुआ है। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल ने अपने कार्यकाल में व्यवस्था को रिफ्रेम करने का काम किया है। सर्वेंट लिडरशिप के रूप में मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल हरियाणा की समस्त जनता की सेवा कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने विभिन्न सरकारी जनहितकारी योजनाओं में अमूलचूल परिवर्तन लाते हुए हरियाणा प्रदेश को अग्रणी राज्य बनाने में निभाई जा रही जिम्मेदारियों की सराहना की। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार के 9 अतुलनीय वर्ष पुस्तक हरियाणा सरकार की जनहितकारी नीतियों पर दी गई प्रतिक्रियाओं का समावेश है।

NaradSandesh।।Faridabad, February03:Vice President of India, Sh Jagdeep Dhankhar today releaed a book titled "9 Incredible Years of Haryana Government: Emergence of a New and Vibrant Haryana" at Surajkund, Faridabad. The event also witnessed the presence of Haryana Governor, Sh Bandaru Dattatreya, Chief Minister, Sh Manohar Lal and several other distinguished guests.
After releasing the book, the Vice President, in his address, described the state of Haryana as a role model for the country. He said that the work done in Haryana regarding system change and good governance, in accordance with the visionary thinking of Chief Minister Shri Manohar Lal, was not easy. Reforming the system was difficult because, while undertaking such endeavors, the first individuals to challenge you are those in your immediate surroundings. They question why you have assumed power, why you are altering political norms ingrained over decades, and if you do not provide employment opportunities for your constituents, who will support us. However, Sh Manohar Lal regarded the entirety of Haryana as his family and pursued the task of systemic transformation. Describing Sh Manohar Lal's seven principles of good governance - Shiksha, Swasthya, Suraksha, Swabhiman, Swavlamban, Sushasan, and Sewa - as Satvik, he said that these principles are indispensable for upholding democratic values.
Sh Dhankhar remarked that India is undergoing a profound transformation under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi. He emphasized that the vision embedded within our cultural heritage is vividly reflected in our current progress, portraying today as a glorious era for India. This pivotal period lays the robust groundwork for India's future, ensuring that by the time India commemorates its 100 years of independence in 2047, it will emerge as a developed nation.
He stated that just a decade ago, the country was known by 'scams' and a faltering economy. However, today, India has ascended to become the fifth-largest superpower globally, surpassing countries like Canada, England and France. Within the next 2-3 years, India will ascend to the position of the third-largest superpower in the world, surpassing Japan and Germany, he added.
Sh Dhankhar highlighted that there was a time when corruption prevailed in every aspect of government, necessitating the involvement of middlemen for any work to be accomplished. Today the culture of middlemen has been eradicated entirely. He commended the significant ecosystem that our youth are currently benefiting from, which has stregthened their confidence and propelled them to unprecedented heights based on their achievements.
The Vice President lauded Sh Rajesh Khullar, Chief Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister and said that his lecture would be conducted as a source of motivation on Sansad TV.

Improving lives of citizens by advancing Good Governance and Antyodaya - Manohar Lal
Chief Minister Sh Manohar Lal said that the book '9 Incredible Years of Haryana Government' encapsulates perspectives from individuals occupying various positions in politics, education, social work, administration and the judiciary. Notably, insightful contributions from intellectuals regarding the state government's initiatives for the nation and society are also featured in the book. Reflecting on his nine-year tenure, he underscored the government's focus on addressing grassroots realities and resolving people's issues. Guided by the principles of good governance and Antyodaya, the government has endeavored to improve the lives of the state's residents.
Emphasizing the rejection of the three Cs - crime, corruption, and caste-based politics, Sh Manohar Lal highlighted the realization of the ethos of 'Haryana ek-Haryanvi ek.' Referring to the seven S as the aim of his vision, he said that today a system based on - Shiksha, Swasthya, Suraksha, Swabhiman, Swavlamban, Sushasan, and Sewa - has been established in the state.

The Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi used to say that whatever you feel is good for public interest, start it. If it's detrimental, abandon it, if it's beneficial, persist, Modi ji used to grant such freedom. Referring to Sh Modi as a 'prayogdharmi', the Chief Minister highlighted the positive changes and initiatives undertaken over the past nine years to steer the country on the path of unprecedented development.
