सम्मेलन के दौरान, 10 तकनीकी सत्र, चार पूर्ण सत्र, एक पोस्टर सत्र और एक ऑनलाइन सत्र सहित 15 सत्र आयोजित किए गए, जिसमें 200 से अधिक शोध कार्य प्रस्तुत किए गए, जिनमें 160 से अधिक मौखिक प्रस्तुतियाँ, 8 पोस्टर और 17 आमंत्रित व्याख्यान शामिल रहे। समापन सत्र में सभी प्रतिभागियों को भागीदारी प्रमाणपत्र से सम्मानित किया गया।
समापन सत्र में गौतम बुद्ध विश्वविद्यालय, नोएडा के कुलपति प्रोफेसर आर.के. सिन्हा मुख्य अतिथि रहे, जबकि एमवी इलेक्ट्रोसिस्टम्स के प्रबंध निदेशक मोहित वोहरा सम्मानित अतिथि रहे। सत्र को श्री विश्वकर्मा कौशल विश्वविद्यालय, पलवल के कुलपति श्री राज नेहरू ने भी संबोधित किया।
सत्र के दौरान, डॉ. सुमन निरंजन, यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ नॉर्थ टेक्सास, अमेरिका, डॉ. सुदीप चक्रवर्ती, यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ कैलाब्रिया, इटली, और डॉ. नपत वत्जतेपिन, राजमंगला प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय, सुवर्णभूमि, थाईलैंड ने भी आईएसएफटी को लेकर अपने विचार और अनुभव साझा किए।
इससे पहले, प्रो.पूनम सिंघल ने अतिथियों और प्रतिभागियों का स्वागत किया और सम्मेलन के दौरान आयोजित कार्यवाही और गतिविधियों के बारे में जानकारी दी।अपने संबोधन में मुख्य अतिथि प्रो. आर.के. सिन्हा ने देश में ऑप्टिकल संचार में हुई प्रगति पर प्रकाश डाला। इंटरनेट और वायरलेस तकनीक के परिवर्तनकारी प्रभाव और प्राचीन ग्रंथों में निहित कहानियों के बीच समानता पर बोलते हुए उन्होंने विज्ञान को समझने के लिए नवीन दृष्टिकोण के माध्यम से इन कहानियों को जीवंत करने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्रौद्योगिकी द्वारा उत्पन्न चुनौतियों का समाधान केवल नए तकनीकी नवाचारों के अनुप्रयोग के माध्यम से ही पाया जा सकता है। अपने संबोधन के दौरान, एमवी इलेक्ट्रोसिस्टम्स के संस्थापक और प्रबंध निदेशक श्री मोहित वोहरा ने औद्योगिक परिदृश्य पर विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी के फ्यूजन के परिवर्तनकारी प्रभाव पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने कहा कि परिवर्तन तेजी से हो रहा है, और आगामी दशक विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी के विकास में महत्वपूर्ण होगा। श्री वोहरा ने इस परिवर्तन अनुरूप उद्योगों को तैयार करने में वैज्ञानिक समुदाय की महत्वपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी पर बल दिया।
सत्र को संबोधित करते हुए एसवीएसयू, पलवल के कुलपति श्री राज नेहरू ने भारतीय ग्रंथों में निहित प्राचीन भारतीय विज्ञान की विरासत को समझने के लिए पूर्व और पश्चिम के बीच विज्ञान और नवाचार के एकीकरण को बढ़ावा देने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने भारतीय ज्ञान से प्रेरणा लेने और वैज्ञानिक प्रगति के सामंजस्यपूर्ण भविष्य के लिए दुनिया के सर्वश्रेष्ठ लोगों को एकजुट होने का आह्वान किया।
फ्यूजन आफ साईंस एंड टैक्नाॅलोजी पर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन (आईएसएफटी) का 11वां संस्करण 25 से 28 अगस्त, 2026 तक बैंकॉक, थाईलैंड में आयोजित किया जाएगा। समापन सत्र में राजमंगला प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय, सुवर्णभूमि, थाईलैंड के डॉ. नपत वत्जतेपिन को सम्मेलन की मेजबानी की बैटन सौंपी गई ।
अंत में डॉ. रश्मी चावला ने सभी का धन्यावाद ज्ञापित किया। इस मौके पर कॉन्फ्रेंस के संरक्षक डॉ. नवीन कुमार और संयोजक डॉ. विक्रम कुमार भी मौजूद थे। सम्मेलन के चौथे दिन प्रतिभागियों ने दिल्ली के औद्योगिक एवं ऐतिहासिक स्थलों का भ्रमण किया। गौरतलब है कि सम्मेलन में भारत और विदेश से 250 से अधिक प्रतिभागियों ने हिस्सा लिया, जिनमें से लगभग 30 प्रतिनिधि अमेरिका, दक्षिण कोरिया, दक्षिण अफ्रीका, थाईलैंड, इटली, जापान, ईरान, जर्मनी, पुर्तगाल और ब्राजील जैसे देशों से हैं।

ISFT-2024 Valedictory Session,Innovative approach is required to revive ancient science: Prof. Sinha

Faridabad, 7 January – The 10th International Symposium on Fusion of Science and Technology (ISFT-2024) and International Workshop on 'Sustainable Technologies for a Better Planet: Challenges and our preparedness for 2050' organized by the J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad was concluded today.
During the conference, there were 15 sessions including 10 technical sessions, four plenary sessions, one poster session and one online session were conducted wherein over 200 research works were presented, including over 160 oral presentations, 8 posters and 17 invited lectures. All the participants were awarded with Certificates of Participation.
Prof. R. K. Sinha, Vice Chancellor of Gautam Buddha University, Noida was chief guest in the valedictory session while Sh. Mohit Vohra, Managing Director of MV Electrosystems was guest of the honour. The session was also addressed by Sh. Raj Nehru, Vice Chancellor of Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Palwal.
During the session, Dr. Suman Niranjan, University of North Texas, USA, Dr. Sudip Chakraborty, University of Calabria, Italy, and Dr. Napal Watjanatepin from Thailand also shared their views and experiences in the ISFT.
Earlier, Prof. Poonam Singhal welcomed the guests and participants and briefed about the proceedings and activities conducted during the conference. In his address, Prof. R. K. Sinha delved into the advancements in optical communication within the country. Drawing parallels between the transformative impact of the internet and wireless technology on the contemporary era and the visionary stories embedded in ancient textbooks, he emphasized the need to bring these tales to life through innovative approaches to understanding science.
Expanding on this, he asserted that the solutions to challenges created by technology could only be found through the application of new technological innovations.
During his address, Mr. Mohit Vohra, Founder and Managing Director of MV Electrosystems, delved into the transformative influence of the fusion of Science and Technology on the industrial landscape. Expressing his insights, he remarked that the pace of changes is accelerating rapidly, and the upcoming decade will be pivotal in the evolution of science and technology. Mr. Vohra stressed the significant responsibility that lies ahead for the scientific community to proactively bridge the gap and ensure a smooth transition for the industry.
Addressing the audience in the valedictory session, Shri Raj Nehru, Vice-Chancellor of SVSU, Palwal, eloquently underscored the profound legacy of ancient Indian Science embedded in the Indian texts. He emphasized the imperative to bridge the gap and foster a seamless integration of science and innovation between the East and West. He urged to draw inspiration from the wisdom of Indian heritage and unite the best of both worlds for a harmonious future of scientific progress.
In his presidential address, Vice Chancellor Prof. Tomar urged the researchers and technocrats to face the technological challenges with multi-disciplinary approach and come up with innovative and out-of-box solutions to address various problems confronting the world to achieve sustainable development goal.
The 11th edition of the International Symposium on Fusion of Science and Technology (ISFT) will be held in Bangkok, Thailand from August 25 to 28, 2026. Prof. Napat Watjanatepin from Thailand received the baton of ISFT-2026 on behalf of the host country.
Dr. Rashmi Chawla proposed the vote of thanks. Conference Mentor Dr. Naveen Kumar and Convener Dr. Vikarm Kumar were also present on this occasion.
On the fourth day of the Conference, the delegates tour to Industrial and historical places in Delhi. It may be noted that over 250 delegates from India and abroad are participating in the Conference, of which about 30 delegates are from countries like the USA, South Korea, South Africa, Thailand, Italy, Japan, Iran, Germany, Portugal and Brazil.
